If your payment method has been declined, it could be for any number of reasons! Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we can take a look at the specific billing error we've received.
If you're not experiencing issues with your card when purchasing elsewhere, then your bank could be blocking the charge from us due to a security feature on their end. You can always give your bank a call so they can help provide further information!
You can also update your billing information to an alternate payment method from your Customer Portal by logging in here. Once your card on file has been updated, then our system will automatically re-try the charge.
