Yes, we are happy to work with your preferred schedule! You can log in to your Customer Portal and click "Change" in the Shipment Frequency section. If you prefer a frequency not shown on your portal, you can email us directly at [email protected] and we'd be happy to adjust your frequency to best fit your needs.
Please note that this feature is not currently available for Gift Recipients. However, Gift Recipients can reach out to [email protected] and our Coffee Tour Guides would be happy to update your shipping frequency or make changes to your shipment schedule.
